雷刚，男，中共党员，安徽建筑大学土木工程学院教授，博士生导师，国家级高层次青年人才。主要研究方向为地热能交通设施除冰。研究成果在美国土木工程师学会（ASCE）、加拿大岩土工程学会（CGS）等会刊共发表学术论文30余篇，现为美国土木工程师学会会员。

2. Biography

Gang Lei, male, member of the Communist Party of China, is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the School of Civil Engineering at Anhui Jianzhu University, and a recipient of a national high-level young talent program. His primary research focuses on the application of geothermal energy for deicing transportation infrastructure. He has published more than 30 academic papers in journals and proceedings associated with professional societies such as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Canadian Geotechnical Society (CGS). He is currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
